‘Agree to Disagree’: Is the Utah Legislature trying to confuse voters with conflicting bills?

It’s been a busy session for the Utah Legislature. Politicians have worked to rally enough votes for bills and measures ranging from school funding initiatives to medical marijuana and more.

The Legislature also has attracted criticism and praise for the way it’s handling sexual harassment in the state Capitol.
