Political Cornflakes: Policy squabbling bedevils Northeastern states’ efforts to legalize pot

Five Northeastern states are poised to legalize marijuana, but political fighting is bogging down their efforts. The states from Pennsylvania to Connecticut disagree over policy details, such as criminal justice reform and how to tax pot. [Politico]
