Monday was a holiday for most Utahns, but not for the dogs at the Soldier Hollow Classic.
Humans sat back and watched as dogs herded sheep, dogs displayed their speed and agility on obstacle courses and dogs leaped great distances in a single bound off docks, landing with a splash in the pool.
It was the fourth and final day of the annual event, which draws thousands of people to Midway for food, sheep-shearing demonstrations, bag pipers, a Bohemian beer garden, trained birds of prey and more.
