North Carolina rejected Polygamy Nitro Porter in mid-June because the name and the label promote an unlawful activity, says Adam Curfew, co-chief operating officer for Wasatch Brewery.

On this edition of the ‘Utah Booze News’ podcast, Curfew tells Salt Lake Tribune reporter Kathy Stephenson and Fox 13′s Ben Winslow about the surprise decision and how the company will appeal.
