Video of Utah mom confronting man who peeped at her daughter in changing room goes viral

The video of a Utah mother confronting the man accused of spying on her 12-year-old daughter in a changing-room stall has gone viral, with 7.5 million views and 213 shares on Facebook by Monday morning.

Which is exactly what Doris Stiles-Scown intended.

“Not today, buddy. Not today,” Stiles-Scown says in the video. “I’m going to make sure your face gets out ... I’m going to make sure you go viral. You’re a sick pervert.”

Jorge Leon-Alfaro, 36, was arrested and booked into the Salt Lake County Jail on one count of voyeurism committed against a child under 14 years of age. According to witnesses, he was peeping at a 12-year-old girl at the Rue 21 at 1140 Brickyard Road in Salt Lake City.

“I caught this guy underneath my daughter’s stall while she was changing in Rue 21, and I had to chase him all the way down. Thankfully, I got him,” Stiles-Scown says in the video.

“You’re so lucky that I don’t hurt you, because that’s what I want to do right now because of what you did to her. You’re going to leave a scar on my daughter permanently.”
