All I want to make sure is Dr Pepper is qualified as a food.

Congressman Rob Bishop visited the Utah Legislature on Monday to give his annual update on goings-on in Washington. The former Utah House speaker talked about No Child Left Behind, education funding and college student aid. But the legislator famous for introducing casual "sweater days" in the state House also did a bit of lobbying. He told lawmakers if they take the sales tax off food, they should extend the break to his favorite beverage.
