A bill (HB222) that would require doctors to inform women seeking late-term abortions that their unborn child can feel pain got hung up Wednesday when only one Republican showed up to vote against two Democrats in a Senate committee.
As a result, bill sponsor Rep. Paul Ray asked to postpone the vote until Friday.One of the first things I learned around here was how to count heads.
