U.S. Rep. Jim Matheson won't get much rest during Congress' holiday recess. Matheson and his wife Amy are expecting their second child - a boy - Jan. 14. The Mathesons already have a 7-year-old son, Will. No word yet on a name. "We've had a lot of discussion," Matheson said. Members of the House of Representatives are scheduled to return to Washington by Jan. 31.
