Some toothless laws

They are on the books but not enforced because they have been struck down by state courts:

* Ban on religious ordination by Internet

* Prohibition of sodomy

* Ban on fornication

* Abortion laws:

A mandatory notification of married woman's husband;

Procedure used must give the unborn child the best chance of survival

* Abuse of a flag: Ban on defacing flag with an "unauthorized inscription" or anything that "knowingly casts contempt upon the flag" by "publicly mutilating, defacing, defiling, burning or trampling upon it"
