COALVILLE - The Summit County Commission on Wednesday postponed, for a week, a vote to approve grants from its Recreation, Arts and Parks (RAP) fund.

The delay comes after revelations about salaries of two top executives for Park City's public radio station KPCW.

Blair Feulner and his wife, Susan Feulner, were paid about $700,000 from 2001 through 2003. During 2004, the couple also received a one-time payment of $895,000 for the sale of a radio station license. Commission Chairman Bob Richer said he would like to direct questions to Tom Fey, head of the RAP Tax Cultural Advisory Committee. Fey was out of town and unable to attend Wednesday's commission meeting. KPCW had made a RAP grant application for $86,450. The committee recommended the station receive $45,450 for cultural programming.
