Cousin to challenge Hatch for Senate

A distant cousin of Sen. Orrin Hatch will run for his seat in the U.S. Senate. The Green Party of Utah has named Julian Hatch, 51, as its Senate candidate. Hatch is a disabled veteran who opposes the war in Iraq and promises to conserve public lands in the West. Other challengers are Democrat Pete Ashdown and Personal Choice candidate Roger I.
