* When will it open?

The team plans to break ground next spring and have it open by the 2007 season, though 2008 may be more likely.

* Will there be alcohol?

Undecided. "The notion that you sell alcohol in a stadium, you get people pumped up on it and then they go get in their car and drive home is outrageous to me," said team owner Dave Checketts. "I haven't decided whether I'm going to sell alcohol and, if so, how I'll take care of it."

* Will there be other events?

The stadium will include a permanent stage for concerts. It will be surrounded by youth fields, a practice field, a plaza and some retail and restaurants.

The team pledges taxes won't be raised, but public money will help fund some undetermined portion of the development, including new infrastructure such as roads, parking and utilities.

* Will the stadium have a naming sponsor?

Checketts is negotiating but won't say with whom. It's not a beer company.

* Who will own the stadium?

Undecided.
