Park City Council incumbent drops out of race

PARK CITY - One-term Park City Councilwoman Kay Calvert has dropped out of her race for re-election citing family obligations. Her departure leaves three candidates vying for two at-large seats on Park City's five-member council. Incumbent Jim Hier is seeking re-election. Also appearing on the November ballot are Roger Harlan and Mark Blue. - Christopher Smart
