Winners of the eighth annual TRUTH from Youth Anti-Tobacco Advertising Contest, presented by the Utah Health Department, have been named. Fifty-two students - selected from more than 6,483 participants, ages 5 to 18 - were given cash prizes and awards for their original ads. Radio, television and billboard anti-tobacco ads were submitted and grouped into elementary, junior and senior high categories. There also was a special category for Spanish-language ads. Best of Contest winners received $400. The English language ads will be produced professionally and will air and be displayed in June. - Jessica Ravitz
