The Utah Supreme Court will hear arguments at 11 a.m. today about whether Ellis Ivory can be on the ballot.

* What votes will count? More than 700 people cast ballots while Ivory's name was listed on the ballot. Clerk Sherrie Swensen hopes to be able to count all of those votes if his name ultimately is off the ballot.

* How does it stand now? Democrat Peter Corroon, independent Merrill Cook and Personal Choice challenger F. Joseph Irish are on the ballot. Ivory remains a write-in contender.
