Students at Uintah Elementary School enjoy cold lemonade after school in honor of fellow student Simon Vodosek. The lemonade stand was the idea of twin third-graders Emma and George Metos, 8, to celebrate Simon, who lost his battle with neuroblastoma, a form of cancer, on August 2. The stand, sponsored by students, parents and friends, raised more than $500 to be donated in Simon's name to pediatric cancer research.
