Utah State freshman Anthony DiLoreto was arrested earlier this week on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. DiLoreto was booked into jail at about 6 p.m. Monday, according to the Cache Valley Sheriff's Office.

Utah State coach Stew Morrill suspended the 7-foot-1 center indefinitely on Monday night.

USU athletics department spokesman Doug Hoffman declined to comment on DiLoreto's arrest.

DiLoreto was scheduled to serve 90 days this summer as part of a plea agreement for his role in a 2008 Wisconsin bank robbery.

As a part of the deal, he was to spend 90 days in jail for the next three summers and perform 100 hours of community service.
