Thanks again to the Utah Legislature for continued comedy. This time it's Rep. Ben Ferry, R-Corinne, insisting that resale of police handguns to the public is "common sense" ("Public to buy cops' old guns?" Tribune, Nov. 4). Common sense seems remarkably uncommon in certain parts of the state.
