All of Utah State's athletes who were involved in a major car accident on June 26 have been released from the hospital, according to school officials.

The last to be released was senior football player Travis Seefeldt, who was released Monday night.

Redshirt freshman defensive lineman Adewale Adeoye, senior defensive lineman John Taylor were released from the hospital on June 28 while redshirt junior defensive lineman Edmund Faimalo was released on June 30.

Former softball player Sarah Vasquez was released on July 4.

The accident occurred when the vehicle occupied by the athletes pulled into an intersection in front of a semi-truck, according to a Utah Highway Patrol report.

The semi, which was carrying 52,000 pounds of milk, struck the Tahoe on the driver's side and pushed it about 75 yards.

Seefeldt, who was driving, suffered some of the more serious injuries including broken ribs.

The athletes were returning from a trip to the Newton Dam reservoir at the time of the crash.
