A West Haven woman was killed Saturday when the SUV she was driving went off 500 South in Woods Cross and landed on its top in the northbound lanes of Legacy Highway, the Utah Highway Patrol says.
Rochelle L. Leach, who was wearing a seatbelt and appeared to be properly restrained in the Audi Q5, died on impact, according to the UHP.
The agency says in a news release that speed appears to be a factor in the accident, which occurred at about 2:30 a.m.
