Police have identified a motorcyclist killed in a weekend crash near Ogden's Newgate Mall.
Ogden police Lt. Tim Scott said Quinn Fox, 40, of Ogden, was dead at the scene of the 7 p.m. Saturday accident at the intersection of 36th Street and Wall Avenue.
Witnesses said the Fox was hit as he was riding across the intersection and came into the path of a Nissan Altima making a left turn.
Investigators have found no evidence of drugs or alcohol being factors in the crash, Scott said Monday, but city prosecutors will be asked to screen possible traffic violation-related charges against the 65-year-old woman driving the car.
