Google is finally gearing up to introduce its own branded cell phone that will use Google's Android operating system.
Web blog, TechCrunch, has confirmed that the phone will be released sometime in the first quarter and may not even be a cell phone per se that uses an available mobile carrier. Instead, TechCrunch was reporting that it could utilize a voice-over-Internet protocol (VOIP), or data-only, form of communication.
