Ogden • Weber State junior guard Chris Golden has been named the Big Sky Conference co-Player of the Week, the league announced Monday.

Golden scored a career-high 24 points and grabbed seven rebounds in the Wildcats' 61-57 victory over Idaho State on Saturday night. He went 6-for-11 from the three-point line and scored five points down the stretch as Weber held off the Bengals.

Golden shared this week's honors with Idaho's Conner Hill.

Weber State closes out its regular season this week with games against Idaho (Thursday) and Eastern Washington (Saturday) at the Dee Events Center.
