New Utah women's basketball head coach Lynne Roberts signed a six-year deal worth just over $1.7 million, The Tribune learned Monday through a records request.

Roberts' base salary is $275,000 per year, with an additional $10,000 due annually from outfitter rights fees.

The deal runs through June 2021, with the stipulation that "the parties agree to discuss the terms and conditions of this contract after the completion of the 2017-18 season."

Roberts can earn the following bonuses:

• $10,000 for a four year rolling average APR of 960 or greater.

• $10,000 for a Pac-12 regular season championship, or $5,000 for a top-six finish in the Pac-12.

• $10,000 for a Pac-12 Tournament championship.

• $10,000 for an NCAA Tournament berth.

• $25,000 for a Sweet Sixteen appearance.

• $50,000 for a Final Four appearance.

• $25,000 for being named National Coach of the Year.

• $10,000 for being named Pac-12 Coach of the Year.

She will be provided an automobile or a $600/month stipend for transportation and will be entitled to collect profits from a summer basketball camp with $2,500 in financial support from the university.

Her predecessor, Anthony Levrets, made $250,000 in base salary per year, according to Utah's Right. His deal was set to expire June 2017.
