Game of Throws: Troy William led the Utes to nine wins last year. Is he ready to step up again?

If ever there was a good time for a week off, it’s now.

The Utes enter their bye week with their starting quarterback’s right arm in a sling and a key member of their vaunted D-line, Kylie Fitts, on crutches.
