Logan • Twenty former players participated in Utah State's annual Pro Day on Wednesday.

Scouts from 21 NFL teams attended the session, including representatives from Arizona, Atlanta, Carolina, Chicago, Cleveland, Denver, Detroit, Indianapolis, Jacksonville, Kansas City, Minnesota, New England, the New York Giants, the New York Jets, Oakland, Pittsburgh, San Diego, Seattle, Tampa Bay, Tennessee and Washington.

"This is a little more relaxed than the NFL combine," said linebacker Kyler Fackrell, who is expected to be an early-round pick in the upcoming draft. "Going through that experience definitely helped, but this is a little bit more relaxed and more comfortable here. It was a great experience."

Along with Fackrell, other former Aggies who participated in Pro Day were Ronald Butler, Marwin Evans, LT Filiaga, Tyler Floyd, Salanoa Galea'i, Torrey Green, Bryant Hayes, Elvis Kamana-Matagi, Chuckie Keeton, David Moala, Tavaris McMillian, Jordan Nielsen, Michael Okonkwo, Devonte Robinson, Hunter Sharp, Rashard Stewart, Brandon Swindall, Bill Vavau and Nick Vigil.

Individual highlights of the session included Robinson's time of 4.29 seconds in the 40-yard dash. Ex-Aggie quarterback Chuckie Keeton was timed in 4.63 seconds.

Evans had the best vertical jump during the day with a leap of 42 inches. In the broad jump, Robinson had the best mark of 10 feet, eight inches.

Vavua recorded the top mark in the 225-pound bench press with 32 reps. Filiaga and Kamana-Matagi both had 27 reps.

"This is definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience that most guys don't get, so it was fun to be out here," said Keeton. "It's great to see all these guys again and be able to be on the field and compete with them. A lot of other guys would probably say this too. It's not overwhelming, but it's definitely a new experience."

The seven-round NFL draft is scheduled for April 28-30 in Chicago.
