Minnesota Viking running back Matt Asiata and two-time Super Bowl Champion and former University of Utah linebacker George Sieffert will headline the 21st annual Utah Chapter of the National Football Fouyndation banquet Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at the UCCU Events Center at Utah Valley University.

Tickets for the dinner cost $60 and can be reserved by contacting Kelly Harris at 801-450-8292.

The group will honor retired coach Jerre Holmes and retired official Phil Leonard with the Outstanding Service to Amateur Football in Utah Award.

Scholar athletes who played high school football last year will also be honored. Winners include Dixie's Ammon Takau, Timpview's Britain Covey, Delta's David Schena, Corner Canyon's Matthew Riley Ogden, South Sevier's Brock Bastian, American Fork's James Empey, Jordan's Austin Kafentzis, Roy's Tyler Skidmore, South Sevier's Trevor Jones, Monticello's Brent MaKade Maloy, Millard's Skyler Cranney, Bingham's Kyle Gearig, Woods Cross' Mason Newton, and American Fork's Zachary Lopini Katoa.

Channel 4 sports broadcaster Wesley Ruff will serve as the Master of Ceremonies.

Asiata will be recognized with the Distinguished American Award. Past winners include Steve Young, Eric Weddle, Haloti Ngata and kevin Curtis. He rushed for 570 yards and nine touchdowns for the Vikings.

Siefert coached San Francisco to 1990 and 1995 Super Bowl victories. He will be recognized with the Outstanding Contribution to Amateur Football Award.
