A shoulder injury could keep Gordon Hayward out of action when the Utah Jazz host the Minnesota Timberwolves on Monday night. Hayward has a Grade 1 left acromioclavicular (AC) sprain and is officially listed as questionable for the contest, the Jazz announced Sunday. Hayward has been one of the Jazz's iron men this season, missing just one game so far (due to a strained back). He's played a team-high 2,363 minutes — about 300 more than anyone else on the team. If Utah's leading scorer cannot play, it would obviously be a blow. On the season, the Jazz are 8.3 points worse per 100 possessions with Hayward off the court, according to NBA.com/stats. — Aaron Falk
