Hailey Skolmoski, Natalie Vukic and Eden Jacobsen all scored as the Utah women's soccer team defeated Utah State 3-0 on Sunday in Logan.

It was the third shutout for the Utes (3-1-0) this season.

The Aggies, who dropped to 1-2-0, set an attendance record for games played at Chuck & Gloria Bell Field, with 1,438 fans at their home opener.

Skolmoski got Utah on the scoreboard in the 25th minute, with her fourth goal of the season. The Utes doubled their lead a minute later when Vukic scored.

Jacobsen finished off the scoring with a goal in the 60th minute.

Carly Nelson had three saves for Utah.

Utah Valley 1, Oklahoma 0 • In Norman, Okla., Taylor Kirk scored in the first half, and the Wolverines ended the 11-match home unbeaten streak of the Sooners (2-1-1).

OU's previous loss at John Crain Field was on Nov. 14, 2014, against Arkansas in the NCAA tournament.

Kirk scored in the 16th minute with a left-footed shot.

Freshman Brooklyn Nielsen had two saves in her first start of the year for Utah Valley (3-1-0). —
