Posted: 9:37 PM- If the rest of their marquee games go this well, the Utah Utes should enjoy their best season in years.

The Utes buried a season-high 12 three-pointers and raced past Oregon 95-81 at the Huntsman Center on Wednesday night to stretch their winning streak to five games -- the longest in nearly four years.

It was the first of four non-conference home games against high-profile teams in the coming weeks.

Four players scored in double-figures for the 5-1 Utes, including Tyler Kepkay with 23, Shaun Green with 21, and Luke Nevill with 18 and 10 rebounds. They embraced Oregon's up-tempo style and scored 54 points in the first half, then built the lead to 19 points in the second half before cruising home.

The Ducks lost their third straight game, and played without leading scorer Michael Dunigan. The 6-foot-10 freshman sensation missed his first game of the season because of an elbow injury. Freshman Garrett Sim erupted for 28 points in his place.

The Utes had not scored so many points since a 98-63 victory over Montana-Western on Dec. 8, 2004.
