The University of Utah softball team, in the NCAA Super Regionals for the second year in a row, will face Pac-12 rival Washington in a best-of-three series beginning Friday in Seattle.

Game 1 of the series in scheduled to start at 9 p.m. MDT Friday and to be televised on ESPNU. Saturday's Game 2 is set for a 7 p.m. MDT start and is to be shown on ESPN2. If necessary, Game 3 will be played Sunday at 8 p.m. MDT and televised on ESPNU.

Utah (36-14) advanced to the Super Regional by winning the Salt Lake regional with Saturday's 14-0 victory over BYU. The Huskies (46-11) earned the right to host the Super Regional against Utah with a 4-2 victory over Michigan in the Seattle regional on Sunday evening.

This will be Washington's 11th NCAA Super Regional appearance.
