Utah's sack leader, punting ace and road-grading blocker have been honored on the all-Pac-12 football first team.

Defensive end Hunter Dimick, punter Mitch Wishnowsky and offensive tackle Garett Bolles were among the conference's first-team performers, as voted by Pac-12 coaches. Guard Isaac Asiata, safety Marcus Williams and kicker Andy Phillips made the conference's second team. Six other Utes were honorable mentions. Utah's 12 honorees are the team's second-most in since earning 13 in 2012.

Colorado's Mike MacIntyre won Pac-12 coach of the year for leading the Buffs from worst-to-first in the South. Sophomore quarterback Jake Browning from Washington (40 TDs, 3,162 yards) was the offensive player of the year. USC junior defensive back Adoree Jackson was the defensive player of the year.

Dimick was third nationally in sacks, with 14.5, while setting Utah's career record. The senior had 53 tackles (20.5 for a loss) and batted six passes while leading Utah's defensive line, which had four other honorable mention players.

Wishnowsky led the country most of the season in punting average (48.0 yards) while notching a nation-leading 28 punts of 50 or more yards and 17 punts inside the 10 yard line with no touchbacks in his past 11 games.

A five-star junior college prospect, Bolles took over a starting spot at left tackle and played 891 snaps. He was one of Pro Football Focus College's top-graded run blocking tackles, entering Week 13 with the third-highest grade in the country at his position (85.0).

Utah's honorable mentions: S Chase Hansen, DT Lowell Lotulelei, DT/DE Filipo Mokofisi, DT Pasoni Tasini, DE Pita Taumoepenu, RB Joe Williams.

Other honorees with Utah ties: Logan High product Luke Falk earning second-team honors at quarterback, East High alum and former Ute Stevie Tu'ikolovatu on second team at defensive line, USC defensive end and former Salem Hills star Porter Gustin was an honorable mention.
