Omaha 3, Salt Lake 0

The Salt Lake Bees were held to two hits Saturday in a 3-0 loss to the Storm Chasers in Omaha.

Omaha starter Luke Farrell (3-2) struck out nine in seven innings, allowing the two hits and two walks. Two relievers combined to strike out four more Bees in two hitless innings.

Bees starter Zach Nuding (1-4) gave up two hits, both solo home runs, in five innings, while striking out three and walking one.

Rafael Ortega had a triple for the Bees in the second inning but was thrown out trying to stretch it into an inside-the-park home run.
