Second baseman Sherman Johnson ripped two doubles and drove in three runs as the Salt Lake Bees beat the host Tacoma Rainiers 5-3 in a Pacific Coast League game on Tuesday to snap a six-game losing streak

The Bees trailed 3-0 before tying the game in the seventh inning as Ji-Man Choi, Erik Kratz and Johnson hit three consecutive doubles to make it 3-2, and, one out later, Kyle Kubitza added an RBI single.

With the game tied in the eighth, Johnson put the Bees ahead with a two-run double.

Salt Lake starter Kyle Kendrick earned the win, holding Tacoma to three runs on eight hits over seven innings. A.J. Archer pitched two perfect inning to earn a save.
