Sacramento, Calif. • The Salt Lake Bees had a slow start before rallying against the Sacramento River Cats and winning 10-5.

Nick Buss led Salt Lake with a triple, a double 3 RBIs and 2 runs.

One night after the Bees beat the River Cats 4-1 in extra innings, Sacramento jumped to a 4-0 lead with a three-run third inning. Sacramento catcher Miguel Olivo hit a double with two RBIs and Conor Gillaspie scored two runs.

In the fourth inning, Buss cut the deficit to 4-2 on a triple with two RBIs. Buss scored on the next play off a single from Kaleb Cowart.

The Bees scored 5 runs in the fifth inning. Jefry Marte hit a single that sent Shane Robinson and Todd Cunningham home and the Bees tied the score at 5. Rey Navarro batted Marte in to give Salt Lake its first lead of the game and Buss scored off a Gregorio Petit's sacrifice bunt.

Buss hit an RBI double in the sixth to bring the score to 9-5. In the ninth, Navarro drove in Marte on a single, taking the Bees 10-5 into the bottom of the ninth. Salt Lake shut the River Cats down in two plays to end the game.
