Utah Grizzlies 5, Rapid City Rush 3

Rapid City, S.D. • The Utah Grizzlies ended their regular-season with a 5-3 victory over the Rapid City Rush on Saturday night in the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center.

The Grizzlies logged their 39th win — their most wins in a season since 2001-2002.

Barry Almeida led the Grizzlies with two goals for his 28th and 29th of the season. Jon Puskar, Bryan Moore and Erik Higby also scored for Utah and T.J. Snyder and Ryan Hayes each contributed two assists.

Mark Owuya made 19 saves for Utah. Rapid City's Danny Battochio had 36 saves.

Mikhail Stefanovich and Jonathan Narbonne both scored for the Rush.
