Utah center Jakob Poeltl and Weber State center Joel Bolomboy have been named among the 10 finalists for the Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Award, given to the nation's top center.

Bolomboy has exploded for the Wildcats this season, leading the nation in double-doubles with 20 in Weber State's first 22 games. He's also second in the nation with 13.4 rebounds per game and averages 17.4 points per game.

Poeltl is averaging 17.4 points and 8.9 rebounds per game as a sophomore for the Utes, leading Utah in both categories.

The other finalists are: Notre Dame's Zach Auguste, Providence's Ben Bentil, Purdue's A.J. Hammons, Washington State's Josh Hawkinson, Arkansas' Moses Kingsley, Evansville's Egidijus Mockevicius, Gonzaga's Domantas Sabonis and Colorado's Josh Scott.

The winner of the award will be announced on April 8.
