Flagstaff, Ariz. • Weber State tries to stay in the middle of the Big Sky Conference championship race on Saturday, when the Wildcats visit Northern Arizona.

Weber is 4-3 overall and 3-1 in the Big Sky after back-to-back wins over Montana (24-21 in overtime) and North Dakota (25-24). A victory over the Lumberjacks would give the Wildcats their first five-win season since 2011 and their first three-game winning streak since 2010.

Weber State junior quarterback Jadrian Clark led the way against North Dakota, which owned a 17-3 lead at halftime and a 24-10 advantage early in the fourth quarter. Clark completed 21 of 35 passes for a career-high 273 yards and three touchdowns.

Clark needs only 44 passing yards to become the 21st quarterback in school history to throw for over 2,000 yards in his career.

Northern Arizona?

Veteran coach Jerome Souers will make history with a victory. Currently, he is tied with former Nevada coach Chris Ault for the all-time lead in Big Sky wins with 68.
