Tuscaloosa, Ala. • Alabama's first depth chart of the year doesn't clear up the starting quarterback mystery at all.

Jake Coker, Cooper Bateman and Alec Morris are all listed as possibilities for the third-ranked Crimson Tide's opener Saturday night against No. 20 Wisconsin in Arlington, Texas.

Tide coach Nick Saban said Monday the coaches will make the decision when the time is right.

That leaves the Badgers presumably preparing for three different quarterbacks. Only Coker has thrown a collegiate pass. He was Blake Sims' backup last season.

Saban hasn't publicly ruled out playing multiple quarterbacks.

He's had competitions continue through preseason camp twice in recent years. But this time three contenders are still standing.

Bateman experimented at receiver in the spring. He and Morris overtook David Cornwell in the past couple of weeks.
