Utah State coach Matt Wells announced Saturday that offensive lineman Tyshon Mosley, wideout Hunter Sharp and cornerback Bryant Hayes have been suspended for the first two games of the 2015 season for a violation of team rules.

They will miss the home game against Southern Utah on Sept. 3 and the matchup against Utah in Salt Lake City on Sept 11, according to a news release from the school.

Mosley, a sophomore from Jordan High, started 11 games last year redshirt freshman and played in all 14 at left guard.

Sharp, a senior, earned honorable mention all-Mountain West honors last year. He played every game that year and started in 12. Sharp finished the season as the team leader in receptions (66), receiving yards (939) and receiving touchdowns (7).

Hayes played in 12 games, making three starts and finishing with 20 tackles. He is listed as a backup to Jalen Davis or Daniel Gray.

Senior Devonte Robinson is listed as a co-starter with Sharp, while Mosley's spot could be filled by junior Jude Hockel or sophomore Brandon Taukeiaho.
