The Cougars are set for a national stage opener this fall against Nebraska.

BYU's Sept. 5 game at the Cornhuskers will be nationally televised at 1:30 p.m. MDT on ABC. The schedule was announced through a Nebraska press release Friday morning.

The game will be the first-ever meeting between the schools, while Nebraska has racked up 29 straight season opener victories.
