Utah State football fans can expect to include some football in their Friday night date night plans next fall.
The Mountain West Conference announced Wednesday that the Aggies will have three more nationally televised Friday games as part of its initial scheduling of 11 televised games.
USU's home game against Boise State will be played on Friday, Oct. 16 and be televised by CBS Sports Network at 7 p.m., the road game at San Diego State will be on Oct. 23 at 8:30 p.m. (MT) and televised by ESPN2 and the home game against Wyoming will be played on Oct. 30 at 8:15 p.m. and be televised on ESPN2.
The Aggies announced earlier that its game at Utah will be on Friday, Sept. 11 and will be televised nationally, details of which have yet to be finalized.
The Aggies, who just wrapped up spring practice, open the season Thursday, Sept. 3 at home against Southern Utah. The MWC opener is on Saturday, Oct. 3 against Colorado State.
Utah State finished 10-4 overall last year and went 6-2 in league play with the losses being a 16-13 decision at CSU and a 50-19 defeat to the Broncos.
