Utah senior forward Taryn Wicijowski and freshman wing Tanaeya Boclair made the most of a trying season by turning hard times into individual hardware, scoring two honorable mentions each in a vote by league coaches, announced Tuesday.

Wicijowski, returning to the fold after missing last season with an ACL injury, was named in the all-conference and defensive team categories. Boclair became the team's second-leading scorer (8.8 ppg) in her first season and earned all-freshman and defensive team honors.

Wicijowski also recently collected Academic All-American honors, adding these to a trophy case that already included Mountain West Freshman of the Year (2009-10), second-team MWC (2009-10), first team All-Pac-12 (2011-12) and honorable mention All-Pac-12 (2012-13).

Boclair started all 29 of Utah's games and emerged as one of Utah's top offensive threats, scoring in double figures in six of Utah's last 11 regular-season games.

Utah (9-20, 3-15 Pac-12) is the No. 12 seed in this week's Pac-12 Tournament, and will fact No. 5 Washington in the first round at 9:30 MT on Thursday. Utah beat the Huskies 69-61 in their previous matchup, at the Huntsman Center.

The game will air on Pac-12 Networks and 107.1 FM.
