Taryn Wicijowski's 29 points and 14 rebounds — both game highs — weren't enough to lift the Utes to victory as the more balanced Buffs won, 77-72, in Boulder, Colorado, on Wednesday night.

Tanaeya Boclair scored 12 points, second most for a Utah (6-10, 0-5 Pac-12) player, but the rest of the team failed to make it into double digits. Colorado (8-8, 1-4 Pac-12) had three players in double digits, led by Lexy Kresl's 26. Haley Smith scored 15, and Brecca notched 11.

Utah made two of 19 its free throws, which would make the difference in the game against its Pac-12 rival.

The Utes will get a chance at revenge when they return to the Huntsman Center on Sunday at noon to finish the back-to-back with the Buffs.
