Draper City Councilman Troy Walker won't run for mayor after all, negating the need for a primary election.
Walker will remain on the council. He's up for re-election in two years.
The mayor's race between incumbent Mayor Darrell Smith and City Councilman William Colbert will be decided Nov. 3.
