An Amber Alert has been issued for a 5-month-old girl from Oklahoma who authorities believe may be traveling with her abductor through Colorado en route to Salt Lake City, the Colorado Bureau of Investigation said.

Cindy Findley, 48, who has a mental health condition, is accused of kidnapping the baby, Olivia Smith, from Kingfisher County, Okla. on Thursday, according to the alert. Finley is traveling west in a black over brown 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe with Texas plates and is accompanied by Jennifer Skousen, 43.

Findley, who was last seen in the Oklahoma panhandle, has "made comments about having a vision that the child will be dead in two days," the alert said.

The baby was last seen wearing a pink, long-sleeved floral shirt.

Anyone who sees, or has information about, the baby, Findley or Skousen, or who has seen the suspect vehicle, is asked to call 911 immediately.
