Russian rocket catches fire, crashes in massive ball of flames (VIDEO)

Russians watched live Tuesday as a news channel broadcast the launch of a booster rocket that came crashing down in Kazakhstan. The Proton-M booster was carrying three satellites when its engine unexpectedly shut down, sending the rocket spiraling toward the ground just more than a mile away from the launch pad. No one was injured, but the burning rocket fuel did create a toxic cloud over the launch pad. Similar crashes happened last year, reports the Associated Press.
