The spire that makes 1 World Trade Center the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere was installed Friday, and apparently, a video camera was attached to document the process.The New York Times sped up the original 9-minute video from the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey to create a cool, 69-second time lapse that shows the installation.
