Charles Ramsey is the neighbor to the Ohio home was where three women, missing for years, were discovered Monday.Berry says he kicked in the door to help Amanda Berry escape the house. Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight were found inside as well. ABC affiliate News Net 5 published a transcript of Ramsey's candid interview.
