JERUSALEM • An Israeli court has cleared former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert of the major charges in his corruption trial but has found him guilty of a lesser offense.

It's not clear whether that lesser charge, breach of trust, will carry jail time.

Olmert appeared calm and relieved as the verdict was delivered in a Jerusalem court on Tuesday morning.
